IMPORTANT – ALL PLANTATION PALM RESIDENTS MUST REGISTER WITH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATES TO SET-UP THEIR ENVERA ACCOUNT. ENVERA WILL ALLOW YOUR VISITORS INTO THE COMMUNITY WHEN THE GATE IS CLOSED OVERNIGHT

If you are a resident of Plantation Palms and have not yet contacted Condominium Associates, or set up your on-line account please do so immediately!

If you are a Homeowners or a Renter:

All Plantation Palm residents should register with Condominium Associates. CA will provide an application for you to fill out. CA will forward the application to Envera, our  visitor gate security company.  By setting up your account you can specify visitors or guests that can access the Virtual Guard kiosk and gain access to our community after hours when the residents gate is closed.
